泰式鸡菠萝炒

A Thai inspired stir fry dish with a wonderful savory,甜香辣的组合,用五颜六色的甜椒,新鲜菠萝和鸡肉。

A few months ago I was invited to a Thai Kitchen event where their chef demonstrated a few recipes using their new Thai Kitchen sauces and this was one of the dishes they made.They kindly shared the recipe with me which I slightly modified to give it more kick.如果你不喜欢吃太辣的食物,你可以不吃辣椒。Serve this over jasmine rice for a complete meal,虾也不错!!

泰式鸡菠萝炒

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast,cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1汤匙鱼露
  • 2汤匙玉米淀粉
  • 1 tbsp oil,被分割的
  • 1茶匙蒜末
  • 1茶匙姜末
  • 2杯方块色什锦甜椒(1/2英寸方块)
  • 1个红辣椒,切碎(可选或品尝)
  • 1杯新鲜菠萝块
  • 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • cilantro leaves (for garnish)

方向:

  1. 把鸡肉和鱼露混合在中碗里。
  2. Add cornstarch;搅拌均匀。
  3. 搁置一边。
  4. 在大的不粘锅中用中高温加热1/2汤匙油。
  5. Add garlic and ginger;stir fry 30 seconds.
  6. 加入甜椒,chili pepper if using and pineapple;stir fry 3 to 5 minutes or until peppers are tender-crisp.
  7. 加酱油;cook and stir until heated through.
  8. Remove from skillet.
  9. Heat remaining oil in the skillet.
  10. Add chicken;stir fry 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  11. 把甜椒混合物放回锅里;翻炒至充分混合。
  12. Garnish with cilantro.
